Rize Enrichment Programs offer free after-school sessions that are open to all public and Charter School students (grades 1 to 12) in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra. Rize courses take place four days per week – two days for boys and two days for girls.

The Rize Annual Program is a unique after-school program that teaches cutting-edge science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) subjects under three main themes – Rize Tech, Rize Arts and Culture, and Rize Math. The program seeks to promote critical thinking, help create 21st-century innovators and assist students with university preparation.

Rize Enrichment Programs will use gamification in phase two to stimulate competitiveness among students and enhance their performance. A number of fun and interactive games will be introduced, leveraging the latest education technologies to hone the students’ skills and assess the participants’ progress on assigned tasks.

Rize Learning Journeys will allow high-performing students to get the chance to travel to national and international centres of excellence, world renown for being at the forefront of major innovations and technology, to learn first-hand about real-word issues, such as renewable energy, fintech, medicine, water conservation, coding and robotics.

Rize Competitions Program helps top performing students prepare for selected national and international competitions in Robotics, Science, Math, Innovation, Arabic Reading and Poetry. The program deepens students’ innovative thinking, develop their practical STEAM skills, and teach them how to work together as a team.

Parents and students may register for Rize Enrichment Programs online via the website Registration is also available onsite at participating schools, as of December 8, 2019. Registrations are confirmed on first-come first-serve basis, regardless of the students’ academic performance.

To ensure all applications are handled in a timely manner, ADEK developed a comprehensive registration system that utilizes automated notifications to keep parents and students updated with their registration status. The system is set to confirm all registrations instantly until classes reach their full capacity and then additional requests are listed on the waiting list, until a seat is available. Once new seats are available, the system changes the status of the first additional registration request to ‘confirmed’ and an automated notification is sent to the applicant informing them of the update. Rize team will then contact the applicant to confirm their registration.
